Fundraisers:  Easy as Pie 

Not only is a Pie Fundraiser an opportunity for community camaraderie,

it’s a social event!

Planning and organization 

Determine the purpose and goal of the fundraiser. Organize a team of volunteers/participants to assist with various pre-determined tasks. Assign roles and responsibilities so everyone knows who is responsible for what task.

Set-up 

Fill out the contact form to begin the simple process of setting-up your pie fundraiser. We will get back to you within 2 business days with more information for your charity event.

Pie Selection 

Decide what pies, cobblers or crisps will be offered. We feature our 3lb - 10" pies and 3 or 5lb cobblers and crisps. Our pies are homemade with only the freshest, all-natural ingredients. We recommend 5 different selections. Limiting the selection keeps the ordering and pick-up procedure simple.

Promotion

Promote through various channels such as flyers, social media, email and local media. Communicate the purpose of the fundraiser and how people can participate.

Taking Orders

Create a system using paper order forms, online order forms, or both. Collect payment at the time the order is placed. Submit your orders to us using our master order form.

Pies will be ready for pick up in 3 weeks from the date you place the order. Please remember all pies are frozen.  It is up to you to distribute or deliver the pies, so keep this in mind when setting up your pie fundraiser. After the fundraiser concludes, be sure to thank all participants, volunteers, and customers for their support.
